Consider a world without blogging. We would be missing out on a lot of how-to and inspiration. The birth of the blog came along in late 90s but what were we doing before then? I suspect mastering the art of life, families, home and hearth, but not necessarily sharing all that we learn or looking for all that we still need to learn.
Now we have a keyboard to send encouragement to thousands. My joy today is to introduce you to a few who will do just that . . .
I was asked to join in by posting answers to four questions and suggest a few friends, who in turn will do the same. Before I introduce you to these talented ladies, here’s the questions and here’s the answers:
What am I writing or working on?
Now that my new book, Crumbs Along the Broken Path has been released, I’m totally contented just praying for the next step. One step seems to be leading me to a Bible Study dealing with healing and wholeness – a blend of Biblical examples mixed with personal examples. Also, I continue to work on blog posts and articles for publications where I contribute.
How does my work differ from others in its genre?
I like to write for women who just need a word of inspiration (and so) I attach a personal story and a reflective question in hope they will discover their own story. Everybody has one, you know!
Why do I write what I write?
To offer hope and share the goodness and greatness of God, my passion. We’re all touched by the difficult and the dark – and we all need encouragement, even on the good days. Agree?
How does my writing process work?
It just works for me. My process is simply emptying life on paper. I record the God moments, sometimes just jotted in haste on a scrap at a traffic light. Then, in the pause and ponder times, it somehow becomes a story or a post!
So, come and meet my blog-kindreds – you’ll be blessed that you did . . .
